The secondary market pricing of $INSN is not dependent on the effort of the IndustrySonic team, and there is no token functionality or scheme designed to control or manipulate such secondary pricing.

For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Company nor the Distributor deals in, or is in the business of buying or selling any virtual asset or digital payment token (including $INSN). Any sale or distribution of tokens would be performed during a restricted initial period solely for the purpose of obtaining project development funds, raising market/brand awareness, as well as community building and social engagement; this is not conducted with any element of repetitiveness or regularity which would constitute a business.

Further, $INSN provides the economic incentives which will be distributed to encourage users to exert efforts towards contribution and participation in the ecosystem on the IndustrySonic platform, thereby creating a mutually beneficial system where every participant is fairly compensated for its efforts. $INSN is an integral and indispensable part of the IndustrySonic platform, because without $INSN, there would be no incentive for users to expend resources to participate in activities or provide services for the benefit of the ecosystem. Given that additional $INSN will be awarded to a user based only on its actual usage, activity and efforts made on the IndustrySonic platform and/or proportionate to the frequency and volume of transactions, users of the IndustrySonic platform and/or holders of $INSN which did not actively participate will not receive any $INSN incentives.

Key Functions

1. Transaction Fees and Gas:

- $INSN is used to pay transaction fees within the IndustrySonic blockchain, similar to gas fees on Binance Smart Chain (BSC).

- As the platform currency, $INSN would be utilised for deploying smart contracts, executing transactions, and operations within decentralized applications (DApps).

2. Staking and Network Security:

- Holders stake $INSN tokens to participate in network security operations. As a blockchain protocol, IndustrySonic itself does not provide any resources for utilisation, so third parties would need to be incentivised to provide the necessary network resources for maintaining the network.

- Users may Contributes to network security through the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) consensus mechanism.

- As a reward for participating in maintenance of the network, users may earn $INSN rewards for maintaining network stability and integrity.

3. Governance:

- To promote decentralised community governance for the network, $INSN holders possess governance rights within the IndustrySonic network. Tokenholders may propose changes, vote on network improvements, and participate in decisions impacting network development and functionality upgrades.

- The right to vote is restricted solely to voting on features of the IndustrySonic platform; it does not entitle $INSN holders to vote on the operation and management of the Company, its affiliates, or their assets or the disposition of such assets to token holders, or select the board of directors or similar bodies of these entities, or determine the development direction of these entities, nor does $INSN constitute any equity interest in any of these entities or any collective investment scheme; the arrangement is not intended to be any form of joint venture or partnership.

4. Developer Incentives:

- Developers receive $INSN tokens through program grants and development bounties.

- Encourages robust development and fosters innovation on the platform.

5. Access to Services:

- $INSN tokens provide access to various IndustrySonic ecosystem services.

- Includes advanced AI analytics tools, data verification services, and an AI model marketplace.

- Demand for tokens increases as users require them for accessing enhanced functionalities.

Reward Systems

- Validator Rewards:

- Validators earn $INSN tokens for actively participating in transaction processing and maintaining blockchain integrity.

- Incentivizes validators to uphold network performance and security.

- Developer Incentives:

- Developers are incentivized with $INSN tokens for improving code quality, enhancing network features, and fixing bugs.

- Aims to attract and retain skilled developers within the IndustrySonic ecosystem.

- User Rewards:

- Regular users and network participants earn $INSN tokens through activities such as network governance participation, contributing to data accuracy, and utilizing IndustrySonic services.

- Promotes an engaged community and rewards active participation.

This structured utility and reward system ensure that contributors to the IndustrySonic ecosystem are appropriately incentivized, fostering sustainability, and innovation in AI development and blockchain technology.

Annual Vesting Schedule for $INSN Token

Explanation:

- Total Allocation for Year 1: 400,000,000 INSN tokens (20% of total 2,000,000,000 INSN tokens).

- Monthly Allocation: The total allocation is evenly distributed across 12 months.

- Monthly Distribution: 1.6%

Monthly Allocation of INSN Tokens for Each Utility Category (assuming issuance of 2,000,000,000 INSN over 5 years):
